Tracey Mann conducted his Listening Tour through Northwest Kansas, stopping in Colby on Feb. 19 for a town hall style of discussion.
A variety of topics were covered in the short meeting mainly focused around Immigration issues and the different aspects that it effects in rural Kanas. The discussion also covered water issues, energy independence, the cattle market, the Food for Peace program, financial aid for students, and funding associated with Parkinson's disease.
