Pickup collides with Tractor Trailer resulting in two fatalities

A small pick-up traveling Westbound on Highway 24 crossed over the center line, and collided with a tractor-trailer resulting in double fatalities.  Just 5.5 miles west of Hill City at 12:05 P.M.,

Jeremiah Bell from Hill City was traveling Westbound on Highway 24, in a 2000 Nissan Frontier.  For unknown reasons his pickup crossed the dividing line and collided head on with Gregory Burger who was driving a 2018 Peterbuilt 389 at mile marker 115. 

Neither driver survived the accident as it shutdown the highway for multiple hours.  Bell (41) and Burger (54) were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident, and were pronounced deceased at the scene.
