About the event
It is the 4th Annual NWKS Radio's Christmas Marketplace.
2024 Christmas Marketplace Show times:
Friday, November 29, 1 to 6 pm
Saturday, November 30, 10 am to 4 pm
Sunday, December 1, 1 to 4 pm
Each ticket a vendor purchases is actually a 10' x 10' indoor booth space or approximately a trailer-length outdoor space at the Colby Event Center in Colby, KS. If you need more than one booth, please buy that amount of tickets. (Need 3 booths?, then buy 3 tickets). All booths are first-come-first-served. Vendors will not be able to pick their exact booth locations.
There will just be one price per ticket/booth for the entire weekend show times. $95/ticket. Ticket options will be as follows:
-Indoor Booth Space Friday, Saturday, Sunday $95/booth
This ticket is for vendors that will be at the show Friday 1 to 6 pm, Saturday 10 to 4 and Sunday from 1 to 4. Set up times Friday 7 am to 12:30 pm. Tear down is Sunday 4 to 6. One 8' table and 2 chairs per booth are provided.
-Indoor Booth Space Saturday and Sunday $95/booth
This ticket is for vendors that will be at the show on Saturday and Sunday ONLY (same price). Set up is Saturday morning only 7 am to 9:30 am. Show times are Saturday 10 to 4 and Sunday from 1 to 4. Tear down is Sunday 4 to 6. One 8' table and 2 chairs per booth are provided.
- Outdoor Booth Space Friday, Saturday, Sunday $95/space
This ticket is for outdoor vendors that will be at the show. Set up times Friday 7 am to 12:30 pm. Tear down is Sunday 4 to 6.
Outdoor spaces will be approximately a trailer size. If you need more space, please contact us prior to ordering your ticket.

- Add 20 :15-second radio spots the week of the show highlighting that you'll be at the show for just $100

NWKS Radio reserves the right to deny vendors/merchants if there is a conflict of interest.
You are responsible for collecting and submitting your own sales tax. Colby's tax rate is 9%. No early teardown. For questions, please contact NWKS Radio at 785.462.3305.
